  1. Can I purchase these items if I'm not U of T Staff or Faculty?

  3. How do I get an account?

    4. Click here and fill out the U of T Bookstore Corporate Account application. Our accounting department will do the manual checks before issuing you an account.

  4. What if I want something made special with my own logo for a conference?

    5. Click Custom Orders and we'd be happy to help and we're price competitive for almost any budget.

  5. I work at UTM - how does it work for UofT Gifts? Do I need to go to the U of T Downtown Campus?

    6. No, you can pick-up your order at UTM. Place your order online by 4pm Tuesday and pick-up your items in the UTM Bookstore by Friday.

  6. I work at UTSC - how does it work for UofT Gifts? Do I have to come to the downtown Toronto location?

    7. No, you can pick-up your order at UTSC. Place your order online by 4pm Friday and pick-up your items in the UTSC Bookstore by Wednesday.

  7. Can I just pick my items up at the Koffler UofTBookstore (St.George Campus)?

    8. Absolutely. Although if it's a large order you're advised to call ahead (416) 640-5850, so we can put it together for you in advance (48 hours notice).

  8. How much are the shipping charges on St George Campus?

    9. If you pay with your Pcard or on your UofTBookstore Account your items will be delivered FREE of charge on Campus (minimum $99 order from UofT Gifts only) within 72 hours. If you are not U of T Staff or Faculty, place your order and we will email you with the actual shipping charges.

  9. What if I'm not on campus and I want my order delivered?

    10. Our staff weighs and measures every package to charge you the actual shipping costs, not inflated costs.

  10. What if I want my order delivered on Campus and I can't wait until the delivery day?

    11. Ideally, you could come to the store itself and pick it up. Or, call the customer service department and they will hire a courier at your expense.

  11. Do I have to be there to sign for my order when it's delivered?

    12. Yes.

  12. Can I order other items on the website?

    13. Absolutely, but only the items from UofT Gifts will be discounted online if you pay on your Account or on your Pcard.

  13. Does the 25% off UofT Gifts apply in store as well?

    14. Yes - if you put it on your bookstore account or pay with your PCard.

  14. Do you have the same items at all locations and online?

    15. No. Items vary from store to store. Ordering online ensures you can find your specific items. For large orders contact us to ensure we have the numbers you require by the day you require it.

Delivery & Shipping

  1. I am at St. George Campus, how do I get my order?

    2. If you are U of T Staff or Faculty, we deliver free on campus to your office with orders over $99 after discount within 72 business hours.

    You can come into the store and purchase your items directly. You will still receive 25% off items listed in the Corporate Gift section if you use your Pcard or put on your account.

    If you are not U of T Staff or Faculty normal shipping charges apply.

  2. I am at the Mississauga Campus, how do I get my corporate gift order?

    3. You can come into the store and purchase your items directly. You will still receive 25% off items listed in the Corporate Gift section if you use your Pcard or put on your account.

    Order online (if you use your Pcard or put on your account you receive 25% off your corporate gift order from the corporate gift section). Place your order online by 4pm Tuesday and pick-up your items in the UTM Bookstore by Friday.

    For large orders please call ahead (416) 640-5850 or email us and we can put your order together for you at our St George location and ship to the UTM Bookstore for your convenience.

  3. I am at the Scarborough Campus, how do I get my corporate gift order?

    4. You can come into the store and purchase your items directly. You will still receive 25% off items listed in the Corporate Gift section if you use your Pcard or put on your account.

    Order online (if you use your Pcard or put on your account you receive 25% off your corporate gift order from the corporate gift section). Place your order online by 4pm Friday pick up in the UTSC Bookstore by Wednesday.

  4. I want my order delivered off campus.

    5. Just order and you will get a message stating what your actual shipping costs are.
