RETURN POLICY

 
  1. Refunds & exchanges are at the sole discretion of the Bookstore & Computer Shop.
  2. Goods must be in MINT condition – no bent corners, creases, markings & spine unbroken.
  3. Original cash register receipt must be presented. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  4. Return must be made NO MORE THAN 14 CALENDAR DAYS from original purchase date.
  5. Refunds on course materials will be limited during exam periods.
  6. Textbooks and other course materials purchased between the following dates will be FINAL SALE:
    • i. November 1st – December 22nd (F courses)
    • ii. April 1st – May 7th (S & Y courses)
    • iii. June 15th – 30th (F courses)
    • iv. August 1st – 15th (S & Y courses)
  7. Clothing must be in original condition with tags still attached.
  8. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for same product.
  9. Unopened computer hardware (including desktop computers, notebooks, printers, scanners, and MP3 players) may be returned within 7 CALENDAR DAYS OF PURCHASE. Refunds based on current market value, not original purchase price, and may be subject to 15% restocking fee.
  10. Unopened software and computer accessories may be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refunds based on current market value, not original purchase price, and may be subject to 15% restocking fee.
  11. All returns or exchanges must be in ORIGINAL, RESALEABLE CONDITION, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Any goods not in original condition (including products with damaged packaging, products missing accessories or documentation, used goods) cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
  12. A full deposit is required for all Computer Shop special orders. Cancelled special orders may be subject to a restocking fee to pay for shipping and handling.
  13. Computer Shop special orders must be picked up within 14 calendar days of notification. If the special order is not picked up within 14 days, it will be returned to the distributor, and the deposit may be forfeited to pay for shipping and handling.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  1. Special orders, Custom order/ Special order computers, custom published materials, any spiral or cerlox bound materials, exam prep books, charts and merchandise marked “Final Sale”, “No Refunds Allowed (NR)” and “Clearance Items”.
  2. Opened shrink-wrapped packages, earphones, cassettes and CD’s.
  3. Magazines, confectionary, calculators, phone cards, access codes and film products.
  4. Medical instruments and supplies.
  5. Sports equipment, swimwear and accessories.
  6. All Computer Shop sales are considered FINAL SALE unless otherwise stated.
  7. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS on opened hardware or software. Defective hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  8. All software licenses (including, but not limited to, Adobe Student Licenses, Microsoft Student Licenses, and Adobe Department Licenses) are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Books that have been photocopied will not be accepted for returns.
