A user-based subscription that is ideal for departments and organizations who need professional PDF editing, document collaboration, and electronic signature capabilities. User-based licenses are assigned through the Adobe Admin Console and can be easily reassigned as staffing needs change.
Creative Cloud All Apps User-based And Shared Device Licenses
Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps gives users access to Adobe's complete suite of creative applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and more.
Creative Cloud is available through the Adobe Value Incentive Plan in two licensing options:
- Named User License – Assigned to an individual user and ideal for faculty, staff, researchers, and other users who require access on their own devices.
- Shared Device License – Assigned to a computer rather than an individual user, making it ideal for classrooms, computer labs, libraries, and other shared workstations.

How does an Adobe VIP team account work?
- Once your Adobe VIP account has been created, your designated account admin can request additional licenses at any time through the Adobe Admin Console. The licenses will be prorated so that they all renew together every year on the same date.
- The University of Toronto Bookstore acts as your dedicated Adobe account manager. We process all license requests, prepare estimates, coordinate billing, and provide ongoing support for your VIP account.
- After your request has been processed, the new licenses will be provisioned to your Adobe Admin Console, where your account administrator can assign them to its end-user.
- Our accounting team will prepare an official invoice issued to your billing contact
- Approximately 30 days before your account's annual renewal date, we'll send you a renewal estimate and work with you to make any necessary licensing changes before renewing your subscriptions with Adobe
