During rush periods, our processing teams may automatically substitute new books for used books and used books for new books if the copy in your order is out of stock at time of order processing. Your new order total will reflect the automatic substitution. If you would like to return the substituted textbook, please email weborders@uoftbookstore.com with your return request within 14 days of when your order is processed.
