Welcome to the Toronto Prep School shop at the UofT Bookstore! Toronto Prep School (TPS) is a private, co-educational, university preparatory school. The UofT Bookstore is proud to partner with Toronto Prep School to provide new textbooks and other course materials for their grades 7-12 classes.

To purchase texts for TPS classes, use the course materials lookup tool to select the classes you are interested in. Here's how to search:

Step 1: Select "Toronto Prep School" from the "Select a School" dropdown.

Step 2: Select "2022ITPS" from the "Select a Term" dropdown. This abbreviation refers to the Fall Term.

Step 3: Select "TPS" from the "Select a Department" dropdown.

Step 4: Select the appropriate code for the class you're interested in from the "Select a Course Number" dropdown.

Step 5: Select the appropriate instructor/class period from the "Select a Section" menu. Once you've made this selection, the class will be added to your materials list.

Step 6: If you'd like to add more classes to your list, repeat Step 3 through Step 5 for each course.

Step 7: Once you've added all of your desired classes, click "Begin Shopping" to view a list of required materials, separated by class.

You can purchase the books online to be shipped to an address, or choose to schedule a pick up appointment at the Bookstore's downtown location (214 College Street). In-person shopping is also available at this location. Please check operational hours here before you visit.

The UofT Bookstore provides only NEW textbooks for TPS classes, except for rare instances where used copies of a TPS-assigned book may be in stock for a UofT course. For the parent-run used book exchange, please visit Edsby.

The UofT Bookstore also carries a variety of School Supplies and TPS Merchandise, which can be accessed through the section menu or the buttons above. These additional offerings include Gym Uniforms, which are required for all students taking Physical Education and Personal Fitness courses at TPS. Approved uniforms consist of a TPS T-shirt, TPS Shorts OR Sweatpants, and a TPS Hoodie. Students must have their gym uniforms by the end of the first week of classes.
