Requesting an Adobe VIP team to be established.
- Request an Adobe VIP team, free of charge.
- Email the completed Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams Subscription form to software@uoftbookstore.com
- Team Admins/Owner request license seats to the Adobe VIP Team online, the license seats are immediately ready to be assigned to users, processing is handled by the University of Toronto Bookstore = your Adobe VIP account manager, you can ignore any payment due prompts on the Adobe VIP team page. Requested seats will have annual subscription fees associated.
- Users can be staff/students, or even outside contractors doing work for your group/lab/dept, the user decisions are made by the VIP team admin/owner.
- Receive order confirmation and invoice from the U of Toronto Bookstore, 2-3 weeks post request to your team, if faster processing needed, let me know.
- Annual renewal quote is sent out during the Adobe VIP team’s pre-anniversary 30-day renewal window, anniversary date is set in relation to the initial Team order, by your Adobe Account Manager: University of Toronto Bookstores.

Adobe VIP Linked Group – University of Toronto/UHN
Adobe has added Adobe VIP Linking groups, for organizations who prefer to keep their software teams separate but don’t want to lose out on their combined purchasing volume. This a great opportunity for the University of Toronto Adobe VIP teams, who prefer to remain separate for administration/payment and deployment, to gain the top level of Adobe VIP Select discount option, Level 4 Select.
The University of Toronto Bookstore Adobe Linked VIP Select Agreement is a framework that consolidates the purchases of all its members to achieve the highest levels of discount available under Adobe’s Educational VIP discounting levels. Payment and Administration of your Adobe VIP team remains as it is currently.
Currently, there are four levels of discount based on the following volumes of license purchases:

- The Agreement will offer Level 4 pricing for all teams.
- You must have an established VIP team to request to participate.
- Member teams will not be connected for software use or be able to see any other linked member team's software holdings or VIP Admin portal.
How much does the Agreement cost to join?
- The annual fee for joining the Linked VIP Agreement is $0.

- Volume subscription licenses as either Named or Device seats via Adobe VIP.
- Your existing VIP team remains intact and you retain complete control over your VIP team’s license holdings. Other teams in the Linked VIP agreement cannot see your team’s license holdings.
Your VIP team's anniversary date does not change; your renewal window will remain as it is currently; opens 30 day before anniversary, closes 27 days after anniversary.
